Apartment Review for The Heights On Congress - Austin, TX

Do not live here. Maintenance takes months to respond if they do at all. When they do respond they are nice enough, but don't really know how to fix anything so their visit is essentially worthless and you have to call them out again. There is a reason there is no email contact for these apartments. They don't give you receipts and they do not want a paper trail! It would be too easy to prove their lack of ethics if they did. The units are a nice size and its a good location, but the hassle you get from the staff is not worth it.
