Apartment Review for Greystone Park - Austin, TX

DO Not Live Here!!!!! This complex is a steadily sinking ship with everchanging incompetant management and maintenance staff. On average, it takes four months for any maintenance claim to be repaired no matter how severe it is. My air conditioner went four months without repair depsite my weekly requests. Many tenants would rather break their lease than deal with the rude uncaring staff and the complex is on the verge of bankruptcy since it cqannot keep tenants. For such a large complex, it is not even halfway full. Beware before leasing here
