Letting things go
Review Date: 6/21/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous
This place was nice when I moved in, but management doesn't take proper care of the facilities. Pool gates are always broken, gas grill always out of gas, pool area is generally dirty. I overlook the pool so I can see how they go through the motions when they are supposedly cleaning it - get the pool deck wet with the hose, but don't scrub it or spray it in a manner that removes the scum from food spills. Be ready for some high water bills too. My bill is more than when I had a house where I had to water the lawn. The management here is strictly reactive... they never inspect things until someone complains. The grill being out of gas has been a constant problem and they won't listen when I tell them how to avoid the problem. There's a reason they are offering two months free... the high price is not justified... people move out after their first lease. Parking is inadequate. People at the pool all hours of the night. I'm moving to Ribelin Ranch, where I get a 2-car garage and the same square footage for $550/month less. |
