Apartment Review for Gables Central Park - Austin, TX

The actual apartments are nice, large, and the walls are very insulated to keep out the noise. All of the maintenance staff is very polite and works hard, so most things get done quickly. There is not sufficient parking so you must pay $20-35 for a reserved spot to actually have a spot after 7pm. There has been roof construction the entire two years I've lived here and the management has been unresponsive to complaints. They charge outrageous prices and spend the money on remodeling the lobby instead of having a business center, club house, or adequate fitness center. I would not recommend living here unless you can put up with
