Apartment Review for Gables At Great Hills - Austin, TX

The overall place is nice. The first floor can get a lot of bugs, especially if you back up to the woods. The layout of the apartment is quite poor. Especially the kitchens. Certain drawers can't be opened without opening other drawers or the oven. If you need anything from the office staff, you can expect poor customer service and a long delay in phone calls that have been asked to be returned. It took the apartment complex three weeks to do something about my situation and that is with me calling every 3 days to remind them. I was always put off. I even called the regional office to see if I could get an answer and I got no reply from them as well. I definitely understoof how they achieved their rating of an "F" from the Better Business Bureau. Other than the office everything else is fine. There were quite a few peeping tom incidents when I first lived there but I did not get a notice of one in my last 6 months of living there.
