Apartment Review for Forest Creek Village Apt - Austin, TX

The lease says not to make any bad faith allegations against the management. Is it bad faithwhen it is TRUE? What does that imply anyway? That they are so sure their residents won't say nice things about them that they included that in our lease? That is painfully insecure. If they were doing a good job in the first place maybe they wouldn't have to worry about what their residents say about them. Ow. Hurt myself, stepped on a rusty nail trying to run away from this hell hole.
