RUN!!!! This place has fallen off the charts!

No parking. The "hot tub" has had police tape around it for a month. The pool is never cleaned. The place got robbed a month ago. I'd look elsewhere and I will when my lease expires. RUN!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
