The landlord and owner, Mike Sullivan, has been discriminating against Austin residents for many years. He refuses to allow children, --------- and ------- Americans, and Veterans rent at his property. His units are all one bedroom however he will only allow 2 people to live there if they are legally married. This landlord has been reported to the Austin Tenants Council numerous times with no recourse. He also utilizes an on-site manager who has keys to all apartments as well as a criminal history of sexual violence. In 2008 a young single woman was beaten and raped on this property, the crime can be verified with Austin Police Department. Mike Sullivan's policy is that he or the manager may enter your apartment without notice at any time. This is an unsafe property to rent at. It is highly advised to avoid the Del Curto apartments.
