It was $622 Luxury 1bdr. apt. in the Dakota Springs Apts your for $500. Why? We bought a home and need to sublet. Category: Rentals : Short Term Bedrooms: 1 BR Description: Luxury 1 bdr. apt. on the first floor in the Dakota Springs Apts. at 12215 Hunters Chase Dr. Lease is good until Aug. 22nd. Nice full size washer/dryer. Application fee of $60 per individual unless married. We pay the lease transfer fee. Move in, January rent is PAID!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
