Got hit with a baseball bat, got robbed by my nieghbor, and had to wait 9 months for a working A/C, Not very good, not very safe. I hate this place. (Oh, I forgot, the water bill is a lie. They charge you whatever they feel. Be nice and you'll get a $7 bill. Mine was $43!)  Need to rent an apartment?
