Apartment Review
Ok apartments, nice location

The apartment complex was built in 1983, so it has been around for quite a while. Overall there are 200 units, so it's not a huge complex. Some features in the apartments need to be updated such as the dishwashers and ovens. The cabinetry in the kitchens and bathrooms are not of very good quality, they look like they're made of cheap wood and particle board. I think there is a possible mold problem here, but don't know for certain. The residents are for the most part very quiet. The apartments themselves are kind of small. They seem to be on the pricey side when compared to how much square footage you get. For instance I currently live in a 503 square foot apartment and pay $555 per month, which is why I'm planning on moving very soon...The rent is too high! The neighborhood surrounding it is extremely nice and there is a beautiful city park located close by. |
