Apartment Review for Colonial Village At Quarry Oaks - Austin, TX

I hate these apartments with a passion!!! they were constantly broken into or cars were broken into...one neighbor had 3 cars parked in the close parking spaces ALL the time..never parked closer than around the corner from my apt...the apt itself was gross...after moving in and upon closer inspection the countertops were all coming up...like the laminate was unsticking the carpet was gross and old looking everything was super fragile...maintenance was a joke, had to call them several times any time i needed anything...the area seems nice but we politely call it the white ghetto...there were always tons of cops and tons of crimes!!! the walls are PAPER THIN!!! people say this a lot but here it is soooooo true...and lets just say both of my neighbors had extremely healthy sex lives and also loud ass tv's!!!!! I HATE HATE HATED THIS PLACE PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!! rent and bills were cheap is all that mattered i guess...every summer day is like being ina foreign open air market...this place is inundated with foreigners that love cooking with spices that always had my apt smelling spicy!!! and they love loitering in the parking lot ALL day talking loud kids screaming..omg this place sucks...
