Apartment Review for Colonial At Onion Creek - Austin, TX

They say it backs to a nature preserve.. so expect rats.. yes rats, in the pool , around the apartments, ocasionaly in the apartment. For a new complex they are not insulated well we have to keep air at 73 or lower. You can hear what is going on in the apartment above you. And if you dont get a garage be ready to have parking issues. The water heater door is locked so it is not storage like most apartments. On a positive note they look nice. Management is not happy with complaints. Also be aware if you swim with kids that beside the ocasional rat or two they do drink and smoke in the pool and no one cares in fact they sometimes join in...
