I didn't have a very good experience at College Park. The staff there weren't the best. The maintenance got done in a timely manner but it took me almost 6 months to get back my gate remote deposit. The apartments aren't that nice and the area is horrible. My car was broken into three times. I would definately not suggest that anyone live here.  Need to rent an apartment?
