Do yourself a favor and do not deal with these people. Once you sign a lease, they could care less if your apartment falls down around you, they're not liable for anything. The office staff is ignorant, uncaring and extremely clickish. If you are not a friend or a friend of a friend, you can forget it. Sort of like high school with older people, just what you don't need.  Need to rent an apartment?
