Apartment Review for Club At Summer Valley - Austin, TX

This apartment complex is located deep in the heart of the ghetto of south austin. You can look out your window and see teenagers running from cops every other day. Next up is the hot water which some how is all connected together as one line, so if someone fucks up everyone loses hot water, which happens quite frequently. There is also some homeless lady or man (I can't tell) who lives right outside. The wood in the apartments is warped the AC is crap and the maintenance team is stupid. The management of this place is about as smart as a 5 year old and they take no initiative to take care of their clients. No returned calls. There definatly seems to be a breakdown in the line of communication. My Gf and I tried to move in to a bigger aparment in the same spot and they promised us a move in date, but when the day came the apartment wasn't ready and they told us no. All of our stuff was in boxes, our bills transferred and adresses changed. They told us to move in on another set day and they would definatly have the apartment ready on that day. That day came and they claimed we could not move in till a certain time. The hottest time of the day. Please for the love of god donlt ever live here.
