And I don't mean the tenants. Make sure you don't move in to a unit near the pool if you like peace and quiet. Every day starting about 9-10 am they use a leaf blower to clear the entire grounds. REALLY ANNOYING because they take their sweet time (hourly pay). Every friday, one man comes to trim the bushes on the premises. Granted, there are ,maybe 30 bushes, but this man takes from 8-5 to finish his job. No joke. He will trim the entire bush like its a masterpiece and then chop the entire thing down. I work late, and I've wanted to scream at the groundskeepers multiple times. Other than that, management is... well they're pretty nice, I'll say that. Not much on brains. Maint. fills requests next day. I
