Apartment Review for Chez Moi - Austin, TX

I have been very happy with this complex. Look, it is an apartment complex, not a $300,000 condo with a concierge. The grounds are very well-kept, even in the far back (where I am). If I put in a maintenance request for something as minor as "the pull chain on the ceiling fan is broken," (something that could go on the bottom of the list), it is still fixed w/in 24 hours. They also always leave a note with the signatures of what staff entered the apartment and when (nice, you feel better when you know who they are). The neighbors are nice, and I have yet to hear my next-door neighbors. Downside - Parking sucks. There is not enough "free" parking for each building, and the parking spaces are cramped. In order to guarantee a space "near" your building, you pretty much HAVE to pay for either a garage or a covered spot.
