Apartment Review for Chez Moi - Austin, TX

THE EXTERME INCREASE IN WATER BILL CHARGES TO TENANTS IS THE ONLY CONCERN/COMPLAINT I HAVE IN LIVING AT CHEZ MOI aka WALKER'S BLUFF ON METRIC BLVID. AUSTIN, TX. I moved into this project in 2005 then know as Walkers Bluff. I am still presently living her now under new ownership/manangement as Chez Moi. However, I am concern on renewing my lease due to the extreme water bill increase over the last two months as all the tenants here are concerned. I do not understand why tenants water bill has gone from mid $20's/ upper $20's a month to $52.00 a month for two individuals in a 1058 sq. foot apartment. I can see no justification by owners/managment or City of Austin Water Utility for the increase. I have had non of the other problems as stated in tenants reviews I have read.
