Apartment Review for Chez Moi - Austin, TX

Water bill jumped from the low $20"s per month for a 2-2 1,058. sq foot apartment too $45.00 and then to $56.00 in November when new management/owners took over. I am afraid to see what our water bill will will be next month. Water is allocated not submetered which I found out is a mistake to move into. I can't wait to move out. Wall/floors are not insulated so, very noisey. No parking. Apartments are old and out dated as well as the aplancies. Berber carpet is ugly with no padding. They have given the outside a face lift but the inside is what needed to be updated. Tenants have complained about water bills but did not good. So, now all the teants are looking forward to moving out when there lease is up. And those who's lease are up they can wait to get out.
