Apartment Review for Chez Moi - Austin, TX

Poor parking, outdated inside. Noise level high in apartments due to no insulation in walls or floors. Water bill has tripled since new management and owners. My water bill was up to $45.00 last month from $20.00-$30.00. This month water will was $56.00 for a 1,028 sq. ft. 2-2 apartment. I am afraid to see how much it will be next month due to increas this past water bill payment. I am not even home during the day and out of town due to work during the week some. Water is allocated. Not submetered. Parking is terrible. I do not recomend this project to anyone.
