Apartment Review for Chez Moi - Austin, TX

Water bill is out of seight ($56.00 for a 1,058 2-2 apartment) Can hear up stairs neighboor walking around in apartment). have acess gates with fence around complex but gates are always open. Cars have been broken in too and items stolen out of bed of pickup trucks due to gate wide open all the time. Not a safe place to live. Noisey due to no installation in floors and walls. I am afraid to see what my water bill will be next month. I hope to be out before then.
