you get what you pay for. By far the cheapest apartment management company I've ever dealt with. I've gone w/ no screens to the only windows for weeks. A non working toilet to practically fighting to get a new one which professional plumber recommended.Squirrels live in the attic and run around all the time. they are quite loud.  Need to rent an apartment?
