DO NOT LIVE IN CHATEAU DUVAL. AMONG MANY PROBLEMS THE MAIN ONE IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK AND THE OWNER REFUSES TO REPLACE IT. YOU WILL BE STUCK IN A LEASE WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING IN HUNDRED DEGREE WEATHER  Need to rent an apartment?
