Apartment Review for Century Square Apartments - Austin, TX

This is a pretty oblique review since I am a former employee (ten years)of the owners of Century Square. The negative reviews I have read all seem to be on target. The ownership at Century Square has fluctuated and Gene McGregor has made a killing on the default and repossession. His wife, Gloria is the real power in the operation and has the maturity of a seven year old and shows it. She spends enormous amounts of money she "enforces" from McGregor and does it with great abandon. In 1997, she spent $60k painting another apartment complex which could have easily been done for $15K. So, again, most everything negative read in this blog about the apartments owned by the McGregors is usually true. They are both expensively dressed, but cheap people. Cy Bolinger
