Apartment Review for Canyon Springs Apartments - Austin, TX

Of all the apartment communities I've ever lived in Austin, I have to say that I feel very comfortable and happy here. The apartment itself is nice..they could upgrade the kitchen appliances, but really that is all. We moved into one with brand new carpet and resurfaced countertops, which is nice. The complex is quiet and the landscaping is beautiful. The management I have to say has been excellent so far. They are professional and are quick to respond to our needs. Bull Creek is your backyard and it is so nice to be able to go hiking whenever you feel like it. Guest parking is limited. One bedroom apartments get a 1 car garage, and Two bedrooms get a 2 car garage. So,those who lease a one bedroom and own 2 cars, or use their garage for storage, use up the additional parking. The complex is pet friendly, and owners pick up after their pets; of course, I've seen poo on the grounds on a couple of occasions, but this is not common. The traffic is what it is on 360, but there is always a trade off. Overall, I would recommend living here if you value peaceful surroundings and decent management.
