Apartment Review for Campus Estates - Austin, TX

I could not get out of that place fast enough. The unit you get is nothing like the "model". The staff are ignorant and rude 12 year olds who run the place, and don't know anything. Not only that, but this entire apartment complex is VERY unsafe and not secure by any means. The gates are never closed, my car and apartment were both broken into, I feel like there's a domestic disturbance every night, and I don't know where these "security guards" are that they keep talking about. When I complained about it, Donna Tripp, the property manager, did absolutely nothing and then tried to charge me a fee to sublease my space to someone else, and a fee for every month my lease had lasted. Dear UEA staff: please do a favor to society and take a rocket to hell and take your trashy complex with you.
