Incompetent staff!!!! A chimp would do a better job!!!! Highest crime rate in area!!!! If anything is wrong with the apartment, don't expect anyone there to help, because they won't, or will get to it in their own good time, probably after you have moved out!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
