Apartment Review for Campus Estates - Austin, TX

these apartments are just the place for you if you love to party, get drunk and like a lot of noise. there are about an avg. of 2-4 car jackings a night. plenty of break-ins. plenty of vandalism. when i arrived there to move-in, there was trash and junk still in the rooms and doorway apparently waiting to be cleaned up by the new-comers. and oh yeah, dont even waste your time and bother to fill out the roomate matching card b/c they just stick you with anybody off the streets. management is unresponsive and vague if it ever comes down to them losing money even if there is illegal activity going on in the rooms. thier motto: "who gives a f----, thats your problem". on the brighter side, the maintainence guys are responsive and efficient and the girls in the front office are always pretty much friendly(although they dont always honor their word), but it'll take you forever and a day and tons of work-orders to get your room just right.
