Apartment Review for Campus Estates - Austin, TX

The office staff is horrible- they have absolutely no customer service skills and treat their residents very rudely when they are approached with an issue. They make it impossible to sublease the apartment if needed. Our apartment was run down with out of date carpet and the AC never worked and they never offered to repair or replace it and basically told us to deal with it. The complex has a problem with vandalizing especially to vehicles and is extremely noisy due to excessive parties. Overall unless you want to be constantly stressed out avoid this establishment. They violate contract information by not providing the services they guarantee in the contract. It is impossible to negotiate or work with the staff in a reasonable manner.
