Apartment Review for Bridgehollow-Point South Apartments - Austin, TX

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here. Before moving into the complex I read many poor reviews online and I igorned them. They WILL charge you for damages you did not do or things that were normal wear and tear. I wrote multiple pages on the damages form that they gave me, but apparently I was not detailed enough. When I moved in there was broken furniture and extension cords all over and all but one of the light bulbs were burnt out. The vent above the air fliter was falling off and I fixed it myself. I had a brand new vacuum and filled the bag up twice before putting any of my belongings in. When I moved out I was charged for counter top resurfacing (for slight marks already there that I thought were too small for a comment on the damage list) and for one small cracked blind (that was there before, but I again had not noticed). I left the apartment in a better condition than I was given and was still charged over $100.
