Apartment Review for Blunn Creek Apartments - Austin, TX

I've only lived here 2 months, my auto was broken into and damage was caused. This month a man tried to break in my bedroom window. Security lighting is a joke. There are many dark areas in the parking lot, breezeways, staircases and in the interior of the property. The office staff acts dumb, like they have no idea what you are talking about when you call in and ask why work orders have not been completed - 30 days and more! After contacting Capstone Property Mgt. & owners: Hunt Properties of El Paso, they are going to let me out of my lease. The sooner the better. I hope (most of) the staff's karma bites them in the a** & they get to experience the terror I've had to deal with. I've had to call the police several times for supicious vehicles, supicious people, people living in their cars, and domestic disruptions heard from buildings away. I wish I heeded earlier comments about this property on other sites & moved in elsewhere. STAY AWAY, MANY APTS ARE EMPTY, I WONDER WHY?
