When I first moved in there were dead roaches in the kitchen. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to replace the counter tops which were unusable at the time. The appliances were old and broke down often, also had to wait on average 2 - 4 weeks to get something fixed. Needless to say I broke my lease after the 3rd month. What a crap hole this place was.  Need to rent an apartment?
