They have a new office manager (about 1 yr now) The upgrades look nice. The property is kept in good shape. For the price I have been happy so far. Not a brand new place, but the prices reflect that. I will say the maintenance staff is top notch. They respond to requests very quickly and are nice. They throw pool parties and have free dinner in the office from time to time. There have been a couple car burglaries, not unlike any other apt complex.  Need to rent an apartment?
