this place is terrible!! noisy, trashy, dirty, and maintenance is a disgrace! have lived here for 8 years and have watched it deteriorate in quality over the years; management does not seem to care to keep the place up and does not enforce noise policy and residents who make trouble. This is a disgusting place to live and it's not safe either!  Need to rent an apartment?
