The apartment I am currently in is not well cared for, but my main concern is the management. Aparently the manager was out last week, when I sent a certified letter to them, and it was signed for by the assistant manager and not opened and now the manager is trying to tell us we can't break the lease after following the instructions in the lease for an electrical repair that I need done. Don't live here. It's really cheap for a reason.  Need to rent an apartment?
