Apartment Review for Trestles Of Austin Apartments - Austin, TX

I've lived at this complex for almost four years and it has gone downhill in that time. At first, it was a typical college student place - not great, but affordable and decent enough. Here's the situation now: They continue to raise prices; the management staff changes several times a year (and seems to do a worse job each time); they are awful at repairing things in a timely manner - it's not unusual for your A/C to break down and for them to take a MONTH to repair it (yes, this was during the summer); many of the buildings have bad roach problems, all-year-round (they claim to spray, but we've seen their products. Even aggressively tackling the roaches ourselves does little to nothing); the noise is the worst I've ever experienced (music blasting so loudly that the windows rattle, and loud music and horns honking - to pick friends up - at all hours of the day or NIGHT - eg. 3 am); parking is cramped at best, certainly after 4pm it's nearly impossible most often; walls are paper-thin so you can hear neighbors and whatever they are doing (e.g. music, tv, talking, amorous...). Do I need to say more? Because I could... Just whatever you do, don't move here! (I would have moved a long time ago, except I knew I'd be leaving this summer, so if I could just bear it long enough...)
