Apartment Review for Arboretum Oaks Apartments - Austin, TX

It's like the deaf leading the blind here. PLEASE DON'T MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX! It amazes me how slow and rude they are! There is poor communication between the staff members. They have this "don't push me around" attitude. I suppose it's more difficult for them to follow through on their work, considering their low IQs. The management will only be nice to you if you let them walk all over you. It's all women and it seems as if they're gossiping about tenants. It's like pulling teeth to ask them to do their job. I've never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully as a tenant. The only pros are the affordable rent and good location. The maintenance guys are nice as well. This place would be ideal if it was managed by a more professional and courteous staff! Please look into other rental options, this place gives me a headache.
