Apartment Review for Arboretum Oaks Apartments - Austin, TX

I really like this apartment. The only problem is the air conditioner. During the summer my electric bill is usually around $280 and my apartment is never cool. In the summer, I will set my thermostat on 65 degrees during the day and come home to an apartment that's around 88 degrees. It's miserable. Once, my apartment was so hot I had to get a hotel room. My neighbors all have the same problem. I love the apartment in the winter, but in the summer it's miserable. If it wasn't for the problems with the air conditioning, I would recommend this apartment, but until the get new units....beware.
