Apartment Review for Amli At Stonehollow - Austin, TX

AMLI Stone hollow properties is not adept at dealing with customer complaints. Some examples are: 1) They have failed to fix my AC/Heating unit. After seven times with the same issue they finally provided me documentation the mistakes they made. The discovered there was faulty wiring and exposed wiring. They also admitted that they believe some equipment should have been replaced that was not because they did not see why it was necessary even though they new it was a pint of failure. 2) The wiring in the apartment also has issues. My bathroom was sparkling when you turned on the light. 3) The parking is a joke and their enforcement is poor as well. If you dont have a garage then you will consistently battle to obtain a parking space. I have seen residents who live by the gates park as far away as the opposite of the complex. 4) Safety, or the lack there of. I have seen numerous drug deals occur while living here. I have also seen my friends stolen from the parking lot. 5) Maintenance is not qualified to do the job. Presently AMLI Stoehollow is under investigation by the Austin Watershed and EPA for allowing its residents to dump biomedical waste from their truck. Do you want your sewage system and more importantly the watershed to be damaged because the apartment management failed to take action even after it was reported once. 6) The dryers in the laundry room do not work properly. If you want your clothes dried correctly I would invest in a new washer and dryer.
