Top 5 reasons not to rent... 1/They will tow continuously 2/The garage is in the center of the complex meaning you will hear car's tires screeching, car alarms, shouts, at all hours of the night 3/Managament-Leasing Staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and inefficient - Ignore the smiles 4/ The trash chute is ridiculously small.. you will not be able to squeeze your trash down! 5/The walls are paper thin meaning you hear everything on the other side.. You know what your neighbor is watching on tv, the music they play, and even when and why they are fighting with their boyfriend.. You won't need cable. Forget the location and the 'exclusive' feel of the place, it's not worth it! The rent is too high ($1000+)and you get nothing in return except a bad renting experience. RENTERS BEWARE!
