Apartment Review for Alara Cantebrea Crossing - Austin, TX

The apartment complex is nothing great. There are a lot of loud people in it. The management is pretty unresponsive for any requests/concerns/information etc., talking about management, the staff there are pretty rude. The male staff is indifferent and careless but tries to put up a false front as if they care. The female staff, ( a squeaky little blonde ) is pretty rude and does not know how to use her ears. She does not "talk". She pretty much makes up her non existent mind and parrots stuff and behaves very rudely if interrupted or corrected. Beware of half the apartment on building 5. Its a strict no no. There is not a ray of sunlight that touches them and they are moldy for that reason. The apartments as a whole are a piece of crap. Not enough windows, poor planning, no air circulation etc etc. Keep this at the bottom of your list. And, I agree with all the reviewers above me.
