Apartment Review for Verano At The Domain - Austin, TX

We are very unhappy about the way that the office staff handles the noise violation complains!!!For the past couple of months our new upstairs neighbour has been very loud on the weekends, my husband tried talking to him but there has been no change in his behavior so we filed a complaint with the leasing office. Unfortunately the issue has not been resolved, I feel the staff at the leasing office does not care enough about their tenants to take care of the complaints(we made 3 in the last month regarding the same neighbour)it madens me because we have been nothing but excelent renters!!!
