Apartment Review for Verano At The Domain - Austin, TX

If I liked apartment living, I would love this place! I was very happy with the value of this apartment. I had a lovely two bedroom with two full baths overlooking the pool, but far enough away that I never heard any noise. The kitchen was recently redone and there was wood laminate in the kitchen, bath and entry. Any maintenance requests I put in were handled quickly and thoroughly. I didn't even have to pay a deposit and when I re-signed my lease for another year, we got half of our first month's rent! The office staff is very nice. They have safety meetings once a month, free pastries the first Saturday of the month, two very nice pools, a mediocre fitness center, two playscapes for children, dog scoop bags around the grounds. Most of the tenants are young families with a few young professionals sprinkled in.
