Apartment Review
Not well planned; thin walls
Review Date: 8/31/2010 Reviewer: Anonymous
These apartments look wonderful inside and out but don t be fooled the walls are so thin I can hear my upstairs neighbor s cell phone vibrate. I can hear their conversations and everytime they close a cabinet. The bedroom doors are large, industrial sliding-doors and they sound like thunder when then open and close followed by a loud bang when they hit the stopper that keeps them from sliding off the track. The staff is courteous enough and maitenance is prompt. There is a parking garage which is nice and there are two entrances by car but only one by foot on the first floor. I live near the garage and can look into it from the car entrance, but I can t get in because there is no door for people. I have to walk around. Actually there is a door but it is only able to open from the inside of the stairs which is not accessible from the first floor accept through the garage. Whoever planned this was stupid. Pool is gorgeous. Electronic access to even get into the hallways which I like because it is not in the best neighborhood. At peak traffic times, it can be hard to get to the main entrance and they block off all the other driveways and put no trespassing signs up. Once I leave, I will never live here again. |
