Stacy Mancil is a very rude Office Manager. I have heard nothing but awful things about her, and she was very rude to us as well. In fact, the Apartment Locator we worked with upon moveout mentioned that he refuses to take clients to Jefferson at the Arboretum because of Stacy's lack of customer service skills. She will also try to charge you for more than necessary at move out. Contact corporate, they are much easier to work with.
