Living there was not that bad. When we left was when the problems began. We were charged our move out fee (which was ridiculous, by the way). I paid it on time to the corporate office, where it said the bill was from, and didn't think twice about it. Fortunately, I made a copy of the letter and wrote down when I sent it in. Turns out, they called a collection agency who ended up calling my husband to tell me that we hadn't paid it yet. I checked our bank balance, and of course, the check had already been cashed almost a month before by the corporate office! I suggest looking for something better!
