On a positive note, the office staff and maintenance are great and quick to respond to issues. On the flip side, the tenants and/or guests are not so great. My vehicle was broken into twice in just a few months. There is graffiti on the dumpsters and random old couches and TV s sitting by the dumpster for days on end. Not worth the price of rent.  Need to rent an apartment?
