Overpriced, overhyped shithole
Review Date: 4/13/2006 Reviewer: Anonymous
Complaints include (but are not limited to) - Incredibly poorly-designed 2/2 units featuring a bedroom completely void of outside light. (I'd love to meet the architect who thought up that genius floorplan.) Please make sure you have an abundant supply of seratonin for this sunlight-free, view-free room. - Tiny parking spots. Mine required me to back out fifteen feet, drive UP the parking garage half a floor, make a three-point turn, then exit. Again, brilliant thinking. If the car paint on any of the corners is any sign, many people had this problem too. - Walls so thin separating units that my neighbors' bass made my bed vibrate. Walls are also ridiculously thin within the apartment that I could hear my roommate straighten her hair in the next room. -Cheap fixtures (my toilet, shower curtain, and light fixture all broke within the first two months.) -Trash littered throughout the hallway and parking garage. Anyway, you just have to shake your head and laugh at these things. |
