Apartment Review for 2020 Apartments - Austin, TX

The managers are RUDE. It's been three days without heat in 30 degree weather. When I called to complain the office manager told me, "You're not the only one cold. We're all cold!" and hung up on me. They do not fix anything in a timely mannger. The place is infested with vermin. All this for $975/mth. PS. The place just got bought out, but nothing's changed. They're being converted into condos. I WOULD NOT BUY ONE. You'll get nothing but snotty attitude from the staff and a lot of headaches.
